By accessing or using BodySwapr (the "Service") at bodyswapr.com and app.bodyswapr.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BodySwapr is a real-time AI video transformation platform that allows users to apply face swap, restyle, and avatar effects to their live webcam feed. The Service is provided on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go model.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions is prohibited and may result in account termination.

4. Credits and Payments

  • Purchased Credits: Credits are purchased in packages and do not expire.
  • Usage: Credits are consumed in real-time during active transformation sessions at the rate specified per AI model.
  • Automatic Termination: Sessions automatically end when credits are exhausted.
  • No Refunds: Credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
  • Crypto Deposits: USDT deposits require manual verification and approval. Credits are added after admin approval.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Create deepfake content intended to deceive, defame, harass, or harm others.
  • Use the Service to impersonate real individuals without their consent.
  • Generate content that is sexually explicit, violent, or exploitative involving minors.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the Service.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.
  • Circumvent credit consumption or billing mechanisms.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your video feed solely for providing the transformation service.
  • We do not claim ownership of your transformed outputs.
  • The Service, its design, code, and branding are our intellectual property.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at bodyswapr.com/privacy.

8. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • AI transformations may vary in quality depending on input conditions (lighting, camera quality, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for how you use generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BodySwapr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or data.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
  • Upon termination, remaining credits are forfeited.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BodySwapr operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
